Workout complete: the XP earned and the stimulus per muscle

How do you do one more rep if you do not know how many there were?

Muscle grows from one more rep, workout after workout. Write it down.

32
muscles
336
exercises
13,019
combinations

Catalog

1 exercise, 24 combinations, 3 layers of knowledge.

Every exercise comes with modifiers: grip, position, equipment, side. Every combination moves the stimulus from muscle to muscle.

A beginner looks at nine groups, an experienced lifter at twenty-one muscles, and anyone who wants anatomy at thirty-two. The same set, three views.

We based each muscle’s figures on published research — muscle-activity measurements and growth studies — and on anatomy where there is none.

Logging

The keyboard never appears.

Nothing is typed. Load and reps go on plus and minus, and you find the exercise by equipment, by muscle or in Recent, where last time’s sets are already waiting. The app names the workout itself.

A workout in progress with a set open: plus and minus for the kilos and the reps

Statistics

See what training does to your body.

Feeling says you train everything; the numbers say what actually received stimulus. Balance per muscle and rhythm reveal what lags. Every exercise has its own history: sets, volume and Peaks. A Peak is any set better than all before it.

Body map: the weekly stimulus per muscle and the muscle focus

Progression

A path that is yours.

Every workout brings XP. XP leads you through the levels, and every level carries a title earned by what you actually did and unlocks a challenge for the days you want more.

XP comes from five directions:

Effort
— Every finished workout brings XP; more sets or cardio minutes bring more, up to a per-workout cap.
Peaks
— Every set better than all before it brings a bonus.
Challenges
— A completed challenge pays its XP.
Streak
— A weekly target you set yourself; every week you hit brings a bonus.
The fifth
— Surprises.

Some levels are flashpoints. Each unlocks a special part of the app.

Partner gyms

The same app opens the door.

Request a membership at a partner gym, the staff confirm it, and your entrance QR appears in the app. The gym sees your membership and arrivals, never your workouts.

  • A QR for the scanner at the door
  • Arrivals and memberships in the app
  • Workouts stay yours
A gym in the app: three steps to the entrance QR, and what the gym sees

And also

For gyms

Register, memberships and entrance. One tool.

A member requests membership in the app, the staff confirm it in the dashboard, and the scanner at the entrance reads their QR. Arrivals show live, memberships are kept in one place.

  • A browser dashboard: members, memberships, arrivals
  • A scanner on an ordinary tablet at the entrance
  • A flat monthly fee per location, never per arrival
  • A free pilot period
